Shipping

We support shipping worldwide.

We ship worldwide via USPS Commercial ePacket,Hermes UK and other Express.But not all shipping methods are available in all locations. We will choose the best method for your location.

You are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. TTHCASE is not responsible for these charges. Certain products may have restrictions or other regulations that may prohibit delivery to your country.

All orders need to be placed through our website. We do not accept orders over the phone or through email or chat. Our website offers a secure checkout and many options to manage your account. Customer Service is available and ready to assist you if you should have questions along the way!

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider’s network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Please kindly update your shipping address to your residential address

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China and United States. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.

We processes orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. 

The delivery time is depending on your locations, but generally it will take 7-10 business days. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
