We gladly accept returns for exchange or refund within 30 days after delivery of the product, however, customer is responsible for reporting the problem within 10 days. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”.

  • Merchandise are without showing signs of use or damage in any way
  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange
  • Merchandise must not be a special order or a custom order
  • We do not cover return shipping for returns for a cash refund
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Clothing is not applicable for return except for quality problems due to sanitary concerns.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact our service report ( immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a cash refund.
